At Otto Maps, we want your custom cartography to find the perfect place in your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your wall art within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a prepaid shipping label and authorization form.

• 2.
  Secure the Map

  Carefully place the map back into its original protective tube or flat-pack cardboard to ensure it remains free of creases or damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the packaging and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio inspects the item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
